There are four MathModels and one BioModel that coincide with these two articles. To access, view or copy the MathModels, log on to the Virtual Cell software and go to File>Open>MathModel. In the MathModel Database dialog, scroll down and open Shared MathModels. The models can be found under user 'boris' and are entitled:

MPF_2D Tyson's Model, all speices mobile, slightly different inits in nucleus and outside
MPF_ODEs_simplified No aggregates or buffers
MPF_ODEs_simplified1 with aggregates
MPF_ODEs_simplified2 with buffers

The BioModel can be accessed by going to File>Open>BioModel>BioModel Database>boris>Terasaki_MPF1.
